Patricia Guerzo
Senior ConsultantWith more than eighteen years of experience in finance, internal audit, and supply chain-logistics, Patricia Guerzo has a reputation for achieving bottom line results through effective project management and innovative leadership. Her background includes:

Patti became a management consultant for small-to-medium sized businesses in 2003. From 1985 through 2000, she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in finance, internal audit, sales and customer management and logistics at Eastman Kodak. In 1999, she became Senior Director of Financial Systems, managing decision support systems and personal computer asset utilization, with a team located in three states. She was responsible for forecasting, decision support, and system development projects. In 2000, she moved to Chas. Levy Circulating Company as Director of Continuous Improvement, overseeing strategic projects to improve financial performance. Patti was also responsible for the $25 million book business, serving grocery, drug, and transportation accounts.
Patti is accredited by the Institute for Independent Business, an international non-profit organization that supports independent businesses in 19 countries worldwide. She has also founded a CD production company that provides CD duplication for image and audio communication needs, serving business and entertainment markets. A Certified Internal Auditor, she received a BS cum laude in Finance and Accounting from Alfred University in Alfred, NY, and her MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. Ms. Guerzo is an adjunct faculty member at Keller Graduate School of Management, teaching Project Management Systems. She is an active member of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, and a Treasurer for her area’s Special Service Assessment (SSA) governance committee.
